  • When you are about to buy a product, please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. To make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use the USPS ZIP code lookup. 
  • If you are logged into Gumroad or allow Gumroad cookies on your browser, you will be able to leave a review of each product you purchase. I encourage you to do so once you receive your product!

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

  • Products are manufactured and shipped by Printful. A majority of their orders are fulfilled within five business days. I am not responsible for the manufacturing or shipment of each print, but I can see the status of each order and customers can do the same with their orders as well. When your order has shipped, you should receive an email inviting you to track your package. You may also receive an email asking to confirm your email address if you do not have a Gumroad account.
  • If there are limited or no entries in your tracking log 14 days after ordering, feel free to email me at phlickery.photos@gmail.com. To have me check the status of your order, title your email "Status Request: <name of product>". In your email, include the date you purchased the product and the email used when purchasing the product. I will give you your product's shipment status and estimated date of delivery. If there are limited or no entries in my tracking log for your order AND the address they have for your order is correct, I will send Printful a problem report. Printful usually covers the cost of reprinting and shipping replacement orders. 

WANT A REFUND?

  • To request a refund, email ‎‎phlickery.photos@gmail.com
  • Refunds are only offered if you receive the wrong product OR if you receive the right product, but it is damaged. To request a refund, title your email "Refund Request: <name of product>". In your email, include the date you purchased the product, the email used when purchasing the product, a quality photograph (or photographs) of your damaged or mislabeled product, and a detailed description of the issue. Once you send me these, I will be able to file a problem report to Printful.
  • When requesting a refund, make sure it is within 30 days after the misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received. 
  • A poster of the desired photograph that is shipped in the wrong size is not eligible for a refund. However, if one of my photos ship with my signature plastered all over it, you are entitled to a refund.
